This is genuinely funny in a statistical kind of way. A report, National survey shows a rise in illicit drug use from 2008 to 2010, that emphasizes the “crisis” and “epidemic” in drug use, eventually gets around to reporting substantial declines in meth (50%), cocaine, alcohol and tobacco use.
